A Great Day!
Today I went to a state park that allowed me to hike off leash.
I had so much fun.
There was a big field to roam around.
Although you don’t see them in my pictures, I met a lot of new doggy friends, and I spent a lot of time playing with them.
I am so pooped.

A hike in the woods followed by a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I am pooped.
On another note, that beeping noise on Top Chef freaks me out!

A Long Walk.
It was an exciting night for me. We went for an evening hike up Wachusett Mountain. We took the scenic route, walking on many different roads and trails. We definitely got a lot of exercise.
My recommendation when hiking in the evening at Wachusett is to never forget your headlamp, bring plenty of water because puppies need to hydrate, and if you are taking the road, pay attention to where you are going. Wachusett has changed many of the roads, so it’s easy to get lost.
Also, to all dog parents, make sure to check your dog for ticks. They are rampant this year!

Pet of the Month.
I am pet of the month at the pet-friendly Casablanca Motel in Manchester Center, VT. I’m very excited about this, plus my parents are very proud. We visited Casablanca in March. I liked going for a walk in the fresh air and sleeping on the king-size bed. Plus we visited a local farm stand where we bought fresh maple syrup. I don’t eat maple syrup, but i still had fun! I hope to visit it again. I think I’m a Vermont kind of girl. Check out my pet of the month page!
